Raw Data

Raw data (sometimes called source data or primary data) is a set of data that has not yet been processed.

This data, often collected directly from the source and very granular, is not the same as aggregate data, as it can easily be reworked and cross-referenced with other data. Raw data needs to be processed before it is usable, via data mining, enrichment, consolidation, or data visualization among others.
