Mobile banking

Mobile banking refers to a new wave of financial services that are available via mobile or tablet apps.

This has brought about a wave of neo-banks, or banks that rely exclusively on mobile banking and offer a limited range of services to give clients the simplest experience possible – while keeping a smooth and intuitive user experience.

Services offered via smartphone include checking account balances, opening a new account, ordering a card (sometimes for free) or declaring a card lost, making instant transfers, and taking out insurance for travel abroad.
